It is sooo good!

So im on Day 3 of the pouch test. Im sitting here eating my scrambled egg with a tiny dab of salsa. less than a teaspoon. I weighed last night and i was down 5 lbs!! Im totally feeling back on track. I have got to stay there tho. Im determined to get off 30lbs this summer. Im hoping to actually lose 10lbs a month... Does that sound reasonable for being 3.5 years post op?
Anyone ready to jump on the bandwagon and get some weight off. I know some of us never got to our goal weight, so who wants to join in with me and post your story and start posting about your success!!!!!

What'd yall eat for breakfast while im posting! It gives me new ideas for what to eat for breakfast. thats one meal i always forget about.

I need to lose 30 pounds also, Hilary.  I never made goal and need to lose 30 pounds to get there, also.  I would love to have it gone by July 14.  We are taking a special trip at that time and it would be nice.  I will get on the wagon with you.  It will help having someone to lose with.  I started last week really trying and lost 2 pounds last week.  I know that realistically, I won't lose 30 by July, but I can have a good start by then. 

we can do this. I know you can! That sounds reasonable to me, but then again i sometimes set unreasonable goals that i think are realistic. hhah. I would like to have it gone by my birthday in August. Im not going to stop at 30 if i lose them before then i'd actually like to lose an extra 10 lbs. I keep getting told tho that i'll lose those 10lbs plus some more once i have my LBL and back lipo. I wont do any consults until i lose this 30lbs though! Good Luck! We'll post each week on our success or you can PM me, either way!
