Having a WONDERFUL WEDESDAY!

It's just a beautiful day in the neighborhood.  I hope everyone is doing well.  I'm working hard to lose some more weight, so no lunch for me today.  I will cook a good dinner when I get home tonight.  What will you be having tonight.  I need some new ideas.  Please share anything simple and easy.  That's just me....I like to make simple stuff with few ingredients.  What about you?
