Somehow while searching i ended up on that site. Does anyone take their vitamins? I have a huge issue with iron so i wondered if anyone had tried and had success with that?
Also, their meal replacement shakes... has anyone tried those?

I tried the vitimins as well and just like Carmen, I went back to Walmart and I have to say it's just because it's so much easier to go by there and pick them up. I tried the shakes and they are ok but I prefer real food.
I use Centrum vitamins. I was using the prenatal for a while but my doctor suggested Centrum Silver so I've been using them for several years now.

I'm with Carmen & Debbie - I just buy prenatals at Walmart, as suggested by my surgeon. (Even my husband takes the prenatals, lol.) I've found that they helped with my hair and nails, too. I got my mom to start taking them b/c she has issues with low iron (and she's not a WLS patient). I say all of that to say that maybe they'll work for you. They are cheap which is a huge PLUS for me.
Hi Hilary. I use Bariatric Advantage vitamins and have since day one. So does my DD. I take the 29 mg. chewable iron. I think it's tropical flavor or something like that. You might also want to check vitalady.com. She has several different types of iron I think that are supposed to be pretty good. I know you've struggled with your iron and I hope you get it up.
