What are you doing to maintain?

I noticed a weight gain over the past year myself.....

My size 10's are tight!!
I am focusing a little closer on the amount of food that I have been eating and yes it's way more than it was as a fresh post-op!

The exercise is slack.  I have never been one to exercise a lot but it's a whole lot less.  I have also noticed I am not drinking the water the way I did in the early days.

I realize all of these things are a control issue.  I need to get control back.  This tool provided the control in the beginning however this tool was just the beginnig.  I have to make this work now.  So that's my plan!

If your having the same issue we can work this together.  Let's all be accountable to ourselves as well as each other.

We had this surgery to improve our lives and I am not willing to return to 300 pounds.  So COME ON!!!!  LET'S DO THIS TOGETHER!!!!
Faith is NOT believing God can.
It is knowing that God will!
