I slept like a ROCK!

I slept so well last night.  All the stress of getting the house is over....now just gotta get moved.

Oh a lighter note (pun intended here) ha ha!!!  I 've lost 4 more pounds.  I'm on a downhill swing.  In the last 5 moinths I'lve lost  14 pounds.  PRAISE GOD!  That was weighing in on my kidney specialists heavy duty digital scales.  I am so HAPPY.  My tool STILL works and I'M WORKING IT!!!

So, when you gain a few pounds, just know that YOU CAN get it back off.  Everyone have a great and wonderful rainy day.

Congrats on the new home and the weight loss.  Awesome on both.  Will you be at the reunion this year?  Haven't heard you say yet.  Have a safe and wet Thursday!

I knew you would sleep better once the stress of the house was behind you.  Things like that can weigh heavily on the mind, whether you are conscious of it or not.  Now you just have to get through the move.  I don't envy you there.  Moving is definitely not on my top 10 list of things I like to do.  But your move is a good move and hopefully you will be in your house for a very long time.  Have you started packing?  Are you moving yourself or hiring movers?

And congrats on the weight loss!  Was it due to the stress or were you trying to lose weight?  Since I hit the one-year mark, I have stalled out.  MY surgeon told me that I had probably lost all that I would lose due to the surgery and would have to work to get any more weight off.  So, I am giving myself a year to get that last 25 lbs off.  I am pretty content with where I am right now though (size 10/12).

Be safe today and try to stay dry.

Sandi
