Light Coleslaw Recipe

4 cups
1 large
2 teaspoons
1/4 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
shredded cabbage
carrot, shredded
Splenda
pepper
salt
reduced calorie mayonnaise
dill pickle juice
In a large mixing bowl combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, Splenda, pepper, salt, reduced calorie mayonnaise and dill pickle juice.
Mix all together.
Refrigerate coleslaw if not serving right away.
Light coleslaw will keep in refrigerator for 4 days.


Biscuit Hamburger Bake
2 pounds Ground beef
  Onion; chopped
15 ounces Tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 tablespoon Garlic salt
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated
1 cup Sour cream
Eggs
2 cans Biscuits
Brown hamburger and chopped onions. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and garlic salt; simmer. Mix about 1 cup grated cheddar, sour cream and eggs; add to hamburger. Simmer. Press about 2 cans of biscuits onto bottom of casserole, pour meat mixture then top with more biscuits. Bake at 375~ for about 45 minutes. Top with more cheese and bake until melted.


Stuffed Hamburgers

1 pounds Ground beef, lean
1 cup Stuffing cubes
2 packs Brown gravy mix
1 can Mushroom pieces
Make 8 equal size large patties. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Put 1/4 cup stuffing cubes in the center of 4 patties. Top each with one more patty and seal the edges. Place in baking pan and sprinkle with mushrooms. Mix 2 cups cold water with the dry gravy mix and pour over the patties. Cover and bake at 350 deg. F. for 45 minutes to an hour.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
