Sel-Pay Prices in AL/TN

I posted this in the TN State forum as well.  My insurance covers some WLS, but I do not qualify per their requirements.  Can anyone recommend a good, reputable doctor in AL or TN with reasonable self-pay prices?

ETA: this would be either for LapBand or VSG.

Call Dr. Freemans office he does self pay. Look at the advertisement at the top of the page and you can read all about him and his office. I know that he does RNY and Lapband but not sure about VSG. Hope this will help you some.
