Friday Coffee Talk
Good FRIDAY morning everyone! Time to rise and shine! The weekend is just a few hours away. It is going to be a wonderful day.
Our challenge for today is to learn to not complain. Complaining all the time is never good. No one likes to hear when we complain. What good does it do? Sometimes there are times when we need to complain I know, but we have to learn when and how to draw the line. To complain means to express displeasure or to find fault. What does it take to make one happy? Why does one have to always find fault? Life is too short! Let's learn not to complain, find fault, or express displeasure all the time in life. May we always be people who can be happy with the small things, love everyone, and be pleased. I don't know about you, but I want to enjoy life without being one to complain.
So, who's up? What cha sippin' on? Me? I'm loving some awesome Maxwell House regular blend. Good to the last drop. Gotta love it!

Good Morning Randall. I have a nice cup of Maxwell house sitting beside me this morning too. Enjoying a bit of quiet time for just me this morning as everyone else is still in bed. Nice and peaceful just sitting here listening to the outside birds chirping. I have to be careful not to make to much noise and wake up my pet birds because then he will want me to come talk with him. Got him singing a bit of yankee doodle now. cracks me up all the time when he sings it.
Hope you have a great weekend, I will take my mom up to the lake so she can see our new campsite and tour the town. she will like it and hopefully I can convince her to come down and stay here next winter. would like to be selfish and have her (and my dad) just move down but I have siblings back home that might not like that.

Good Friday morning to you too! I am up, but boy could I have slept a whole lot longer. I am really looking forward to the weekend.
I really, really love today's challenge. It sums up my day yesterday. Complaints all day on this and that...it just wears a person down. I need to work on improving my tolerance for complaining. I just don't have much patience for it and need to work on that. I try not to be a complainer, but admit that I am human and sometimes fall into that trap. I will certainly be working on that today and everyday. Thanks for the timely reminder Randall!
What? No fancy coffee today? I just wish I could join you guys for your coffee brunch tomorrrow cuz I know you'll be serving up some good coffee. I'm just sitting here enjoying a very strong espresso that my husband made for me (I usually make the coffee, but my lazt butt stayed in bed too long so he had to make it...lol).

I really, really love today's challenge. It sums up my day yesterday. Complaints all day on this and that...it just wears a person down. I need to work on improving my tolerance for complaining. Good morning Randall!!! You are so right....no one wants to hear us complain. I have found that out over the years and try so hard not to, but sometimes I do. Anyway...I am gonna be complaint free today. I have to remind myself every day that I am SO SO blessed and highly favored. If we are breathing right now...we are blessed. YOu have an awesome day!!!! Love ya!!!

Good morning! I'm off today but had a dermatologist appt. at 7:30 this morning!!! Oh well, it got me up and going. I'm drinking decaf chocolate velvet. So good. Brrrrr, it's chilly up here in N. Ala, isn't it? I hope I can come to your house tomorrow. Bill is under the weather and I don't want to hurt his feelings by running off and leaving him here alone, so I'll have to gage his mood! LOL! He's a sweety and likes to have me around. Hey! It's better than having a spouse who DOESN'T want you around, right?? Anyway, I may ride over with Pam K if she gets to go. It's so nice of ya'll to invite us! I want to see the new homeplace, and Guntersville is one of my favorite places. Take care and have a great Friday!
