Good Thursday morning everyone. Time to rise and shine! Did we ALL sleep in this morning? LOL This week, I have been sleeping WONDERFUL. Well, the last 3 nights anyway. It sure does seem good to be able to sleep and be at peace! How'd you sleep?

Our challenge today is to do a love dare for someone. Whether it be a spouse, child, co-worker, or neighbor, I dare you to do something to show someone that you love them. You'll be surprised at the results of YOUR love dare. We all need love and need to show love. I dare ya!

So, who's up? What cha sippin' on this morning? I'm loving me some awesome Boca Java Bananas Foster coffee. Sure is good too. Wanna cup?

Froggy is Up. Cooked David's breakfast,left it on the counter. Make some decafe coffee for me, myself and I. Now I am going back to bed,and try to get up at a more decent hour like 10:00 or so.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

I'm getting ready to start my work day.
I am upset as you can imagine.
My MawMaw is in ICU at Brookwood. Keep praying for her.
I gotta go find some coffee I'm running on little sleep.
I know someone I need to try to love today but I'm finding it very, very difficult.

I certainly could have slept late this morning. I was all warm and snuggly in my bed sleeping so good! But duty calls...I have to be at work by 7:30 and I wanted to get here early today. I don't usually have problems sleeping but then I have a little help in that area...better living through chemistry.

Great challenge. I have so many opportunities to show love for people in my life. At work, online, family and friends. Where to start? One person at a time. I definitely want to get the Love Dare book (from the movie Fireproof).

Bananas Foster...yum. That sounds delicious. I had some Cafe Bustello (espresso) this morning. It's kinda strong, but it sure gets me going.
