I think it's time for a B-12 shot....

I'm just totally drained.  I can't sleep well, I'm all stressed out.  I can't eat much and I'm just SUPER tired.  I usually take them twice a month and I think it's been 3 weeks since I've had one.  I hope this will help me. Going to go take mine now?  How's your B-12???

try to get some rest. i know moving is very stressful, but it will all get done. if you are like me-it has to be done right now.

I need a b-12 shot. not had surgery yet, but need a pick me up

Ellie I have been taking the B12 under the tongue since surgery... in the past few week I have ran out and the only one I can find is one that you swallow with a meal... I have been thinking about trying the B12 shots.... the question is do you give yourself the shot or do you get someone to give it to you? 

I didn't know if me swallowing the pill it might not work right since I have had WLS...

I just picked up B-12 dot, sublingual.  Will that work?

I have to do them daily.  Boo
