Back on Track.. Anyone?

Im starting today to get back into my old habits of protein protein protein. Mrs Debbie shook the carb monster and now its time for me to do so also. Anyone want to jump on the bandwagon with me? I tried the 5day pouch test last year and it worked, but seemed like when i started eating real food the weight i lost came right back. This time, im going to just try eating a sensible lunch and do protein shakes in the morning and at night.
This morning had had some water when i was getting ready because i woke up with a sore sore throat. When i got to work i had my Strawberry Protein Shake. Atkins, the only kind i seem to stomach. For lunch i already placed my order. im splitting a bbq'd chicken plate with a girl here at work. I'll have some chicken and a few bites of baked beans. If i plan, i can do this.. its here at work that gets me. I hate planning and i hate bringing my lunch. Seems like when i do, i eat tuna alot then i get burned out and want to eat everything else in sight. Im determined by my birthday in August im going to be 25lbs lighter. Hopefully 30, but im shooting for 25. If im down 30 im going for a plastics consult!!!!!!!!! Lets do this together because i need support. I'll be posting daily of all my food intake. If i put it out there for others to see, i do better. I know its weird and you dont have to reply, but i have no support system here. So i come to you guys.

Hi Hilary!!!!  I did so well with the carb monster but HE creeped back in over the weekend.  When I have lots of stress and such I get off track big time.  The reception is over and I am going to get him back in his place.  I drank lots of Diet Coke this weekend also.  I am back on my water today.  I tried the protein shakes and I just can't do it.  I am going to get the protein from eggs and meat.
I will join you on your band wagon.....I always say the more the merrier!!  Let's get this done!!!
