in search of a refrigerator.  The one we were going to buy from a friend was too BIG!  Imagine that???  Well, it was, so it won't be a side by side for me like I wanted, but oh well, we will make do with what we can.  Just pray I can find a nice one in our price range.

I'm feeling your pain!  I have been looking for a ho****er heater.  No problems finding one, just problems finding someone to install it.  We have natural gas so it's not as easy as just swapping it out (so I hear).  Our old one hasn't gone out yet, but is definitely on its way.  Not putting out as much ho****er as it used to.  We found a great one at Sears (can't go wrong with Kenmore), but they aren't sure whether they have an installer in our area.  First they did, then they didn't, now they are saying they have one in Pensacole that can come.  I wish they would make up their minds.  We missed out on our rebate because it wasn't installed by the rebate which was Friday.  I think they should compensate us for the difference since they monkeyed us around for 4 days.

I hope you have better luck with your fridge and find one you like that FITS!

Sandi check with the natural gas company and see if they will give you a rebate for a new one. Our plumber was telling us that natural gas has a $350 rebate for installing a new one. You can buy it anywhere and get the credit.  We to will be replacing our in the very near future and thinking about going tankless.

Hope you found one in your price range!  We love our side by side.  We thought it was going to be too big for the new house, but it fits perfect with room to spare.  Have a great Saturday night.

The side by sides are too large for our kitchen.  The width is okay, just too deep and will cover up a drawer and cabinet where we would not be able to use it.  There's not a whole lot of cabinet space as it is.  Just a small kitchen but a HUGE dining room.  If they had not just put down rock tiled flooring we would of just moved a wall and a huge kitchen/dining room, but the floor is just gorgeous and it would cost so much to re do all that's been done.  We are getting new counter tops though and we're excited about that.  We did find a refrigerator at Lowe's that's in our price range and also a living room suite too.  It's gorgeous and below the price we had set aside to spend, and it happens to be a very good quality too.  It's Broyhill and just beautiful.  I took pictures with my cell phone but don't know hwo to transfer them here.  I'm very well pleased with what we found.  We were to go to closing on Monday but had to get the house cleared thru an exterminator, so that's being done Monday morning.  We're also getting the gas and water turned on Monday.  So we hope and pray to have the deal sealed by Friday at the latest.  Tuesday is our 24th wedding anniversary and would love for it to happen then, but I know for sure it won't cause the owners have to come fromHuntsville to sign the paperwork.  Please keep us in your prayers.
