Some of you know I have been very sick the past few months. Constant fatigue, no real appetite, not sleeping. I have aged at least 5 years in 6 months. ( just ask Amanda how old I look)!!
Anyhow, the sleep issue has been resolved, so I am a bit better.
BUT..and it's a big one: I am still not well. I have been having horrible bdominal distress ( feels like a hernia) on and off for 2 years. Endoscopes and cat scans show NOTHING. The last endoscope I had I was told I had an ulcer, though they couldn't see it. I was treated, nd got better. The last couple of weeks it has gotten worse. My pcp has said my bloodwork was good, yadda, yadda, yadda. Trip tp the ER Sunday..no answers, but was told to see my surgeon. So I did.
GUESS WHAT? I am SEVERELY ANEMIC and MALNOURISHED, though I eat. I am now on REPLIVA, and will have a scope tommorrow. I got a lot of other stuff to do, but I am hoping I am on the road to good health again.

The bright spot in my day...I met Amanda today. I knew her the moment I saw her pretty face!! She is a beautiful young woman!! It was so nie to finally meet her!! Hopefully when we both get better we can get together and hang out!! 

oh baby girl you looked beautiful!! i just wasn't expecting you to be so dang short! idk why but i thought me and lindy and stacy martin were the only shorties 'round here, lol

dr. facundus thinks i have another ulcer and he wanted to scope me tomorrow too but i have to pick kensie up from school so i had them schedule it for the 18th instead since that's spring break week.

and YES, we most certainly do have to get together once we're both well again! it was so great talking to you today. lols, you did startle me at first though! haha, i was at the door and i heard something like "oh no you don't!" and saw you rushing towards me outta the corner of my eye i know i must've had that "deer in headlights" look by the time you got to me, ahaha!!

Yeah, I can be kinda brash like that!! Sorry if I spooked you!! I knew you the moment you walked out the doorand i didn't want you to get away without speaking!!

Besdide, my 18 year old son told me Saturday " you need to make your own friends". That was a wake up call for me..I have spent so much raising the boys I have not cultivated many friendships!!

 Repliva is a GREAT thing in my book.  I have taken it ... with GREAT results and minimal side effects. 
And...Amanda IS a beauty and VERY intelligent!  You 2 should make great friends...and Kensie is a doll too!
I'm so glad that things are looking up for you Renee and that you are finding out answers.  You deserve only the very best. 

Renee...I am so sorry that you have been so ill.  You are in my prayers.  You take care of you.  All of this is causing me to really watch what I am doing.  

Yes, Amanda is a sweetheart and so is that baby girl of hers.
