ok, I am confused,

Is there only 1 support group meeting in Tuscaloosa, maybe no one from the area is online, maybe no newbees are welcome, Maybe I am not liked for some reason???? I don't understand why nobody has responded to my question about the Support Group Meeting.  50 views and no response what is up with that??

I didn't read your first post and I'm not in your area but I know that there are some folks around who can respond. I think this post will get there attention.

We like everyone so please don't take it personal. I've gotten upset myself a few times when people don't respond but hey, I don't reply to everyone so I shouldn't get upset. And newbies are ALWAYS welcome!!!

If you don't get the help you need, let me know and I'll personally call some of those Tuscaloosers out! LOL They're good guys!!

I'm always confused, that is my natural state. But on your problem wait a little while most of them are still at work. Everybody isn't like me a can be a lady of leisure. I did not respond because I am not around Tuscaloosa.  However, there are a few that are.  They may not have seen your post.  I agree...I do not think you are not liked and I am sure newbies are welcomed.  I wish I could help, but I am not familiar with support groups in that area.

Yes, there is only one (as far as I know) It's @ DHC. You can call Beverly at Dr. Bilton's office fro more info.

sorry, just now reading. i live in tuscaloosa. the meeting is every third thursday at dch. i will be there next  thursday.  you can pm me and i will tell you more.

Kenna,  as far as I know Genesis still meets at DCH.  I haven't been invovled in that in about 2 years now.  There are a few of us that get together for coffee and dinner on occasion here in Tuscaloosa.  If you will PM me your address, I will make sure to invite you the next time we meet. At this time there are no plans for one.  I usually post on here several times before we have a get together.  I am sorry no one has answered your questions.  I don't know many on here anymore from Tuscaloosa.  We used to have a large group that meet twice a month  for dinner and coffee.  If you need to contact me you may do so at [email protected]
