My husband's best friend brother, Daniel Reed was killed last night.
He was shot in the chest.
I went to school with him; he was only 35. He leaves behind 3 babies; 2 stepchildren.
He heard gunshots outside and went outside to "investigate".
This is all we know.. an autopsy will be preformed on him tommorrow.
My DH got the call at 7am.. I was at work and hubby came in to tell me so imagine the rest of my day with customers. (I work from home of course) I was so out of sorts, I lost track of time - clocked out an hour early only 20 minutes to realize I wasn't off yet and went back live on the phones. (Everything is on Eastern time so I have a clock on top of the computer with Eastern time but I turn around and see our clock with Central time- I was so emotional I don't know where I was!)
I have had a rough weekend as my MawMaw has stopped the chemo and of course she is terminal and my visit with her yesterday left me broken.
And now Daniel's death.
Please remember Daniel's family in your prayers. The REED FAMILY!

Sorry to hear that you have so much bad stuff going on right now.  I will certainly keep you in my thoughts and prayers.  May God send his loving angels down to wrap their loving and protecting arms around you during this tough time you are going through.
