Im sorry to say but Im taking a rain or snow check on coming to Gadsden for dinner at Top Of The River.Its just to nasty out for me to drive the distance there and back.I do hope you all have a wonderful time and maybe next time I will make it..Prayers for safe travels for all..Hugs,Juju

Thank you for the encouragement.  I am trying!!!  I must say the carb deal is getting easier by the day.  I think today is day 4.  I can tell such a big difference!!!  I feel so good.  Jimmy is worried about me cutting the carbs.  He says carbs is where you get energy.  I have not cut them out completely and I'm not even sure you could.  Keep me pumped up girl friend!!!

I was with JuJu on the rain check since I didn't get to come on down due to the weather... I'm not but about 20 minutes from JuJu so I'm with her on the weather issue.. Again.. Sorry I missed you guys.. I'm sure you all had a blast...
