had my 6 month check up wed....

went fine.....saw Tim, Dr. Freeman had been called back to surgery....all my bloodwork was normal.....my cholesterol had gone from 279 at surgery to 198 right now....he said good to be below 200....i've lost as of today 96 pounds......feeling GREAT!
