Friday Coffee Talk
Morning Brother!
Getting ready for my work day. This job would be so great for you so check your email!!!
I have my coffee, Red Diamond on tap today. And I have my caraffee filled to the brim on my desk to keep the hot coffee coming. (It was a gift from my pal Cynthia and she has no idea how much it means to keep hot coffee always here at my desk!!)
I talk to 30-40 people a day, for the most part it's just general questions about DTV or billing inquires; how much is my bill; I education them how to use dtv.com; ect.
You can do this.. and wear your jammies and enjoy coffee all day! ROFL!!
I am optimistic. Optimistic that today wil run smooth as silk. I no longer have a coach. I am on my own now. (Had coaches in chat to answer our questions as they came in queue). I feel confident because God was present yesterday, he will be here today, and he's going to be here tommorrow..ALWAYS. So I am so thankful I can call on my friend if I get the least bit stressed today. When I start calling on him I feel the stress leaving the heart rate slowing. He is such an awesome God. I pray today for those that don't call him friend that they come to him. He is the best friend you will ever have!!
Sorry I guess I'm already speaking good and optimistic.
Going to smile in my voice all day today and these customers are going to see a good optimistic person even if they are upset they have no TV

I will be leaving today to go see my MawMaw; the doctors dont' give her much time but you know what they aren't GOD and when GOD is ready he is the one who will call her home.

goodmorning Randall... I remember when mine where off at college, couldn't wait to see them... hope you have a wonderful weekend with him.... as for me I just finished my coffee and now sitting here thinking of what I can do to be more positive today.... trying to find something good with all the rain going on YUK! I had plans to go to the pool today and work out, its indoors, but they won't let you get in if its lighting.... hope you have a wonderful friday....
