Remember when we were so careful with our eating????  Let's think of some snacks or food that we ate that was low carb, low calorie and somewhat good for us.

cheese, s/f popsicles, veggies with lite dressing, flaxseed cookie, (I like whole grain wasa crackers and cream cheese), protein shakes are always a good snack for me too.  I cannot think of anything else.  Maybe there are others with better ideas.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Just the Cheese baked cheese snacks.  5 gr protein/1 gr carb per serving.
