I am so excited. She is on her way here now. She will be here for the weekend - Great timing for Mardi Gras parades.
I'm taking her to my favorite Mexican place as she is still on pureed food and can do refried beans well.
WOOHOO!!! 

AND....you are having lunch with ME tomorrow!  YAY!  Can't wait to see you tomorrow.

julie!  you are wonderful!!  i am actally waiting on chad now at the hotel, i swear sometimes he takes longer to get ready than i do!! 

 

the lunch was wonderful!!  now all i have to do is get in some great fun and make sure chad gets to stroll on the sand!  maybe find some sand dollars!!

Sand dollars are found early in the a.m. if you are a morning person this should be easy. 6 a.m go strolling on the beach... I have found several small beautiful sand dollars. you will find alot of broken ones.. watch how you tread. The shells are the most beautiful right at sunset as the tide has gone out and the shells are there for the picking. Take a Walmart empty sack and fill it up with the beauties!!
I had so much fun with you and Chad. I can't wait to see you again. And you must come to Oak Mtn and meet some of the rest of the crazy crew around here.
We love you already. You know we were so worried about you in the beginning.

You and Chad have made life long friends. That is if you can tolerate us! 
When the weather warms up.. take off on Friday leave early and drive down. Stay with us and we can cook here.. go to the lazy river and just float around and enjoy the sun. The men can BBQ , or go fishing or whatever. We will have a ball!! By then you will be eating solid food and the trip will be much more fun for you. I sure am glad I got to meet you. You are such a sweetie.
Talk to you in the morning.. get up early and go get some sand dollars.. and take pictures of that sand castle Chad builds!!! 

well the bad news is we didnt get to do everything we wanted to do because we took to look in the shops!!  (my fault)

 

the good news is I HAD A GREAT TIME!  We are going to plan a trip back in a few months cause chad loves it there! he had so much fun....shoot, hes talkin about moving....lol

 

its an awful long drive...my bottom hurts i am glad im home....
