im doing a daily intake journal also....so here is what marla did today!!
6 oz skim milk with vanilla unjury protein shake (20 g protein)
30 oz water
egg beaters cup (6g protein)
16g cheddar cheese (melted with eggs 5g protein)
16 oz water
3.5 oz pureed chicken and alfredo sauce (25g protein)
16g cheese (melted with chicken and alfredo 5g protein)
16 oz water
I feel like i have been in the pool to long! lol....teeth constantly floating!
total.......68 oz fluids......61g protein! WOOT!!! 2 DAYS IN A ROW!!
Homemade Southwestern Potato-Corn Soup with homemade croutons. Dog ate a lot of croutons, too. I was too hungary when I came in, so I ate more than I needed.
