The night before surgery
What I did the night before my surgery is very much different from what you will hear from others on the board. My Dr. did not have me do the bowel prep and I was able to eat the night before. My hubby and I went out to eat and went to the mall and walked around. Our son and daughter-in-law came to the hotel where we were staying and spent the night with us. Most of the others will tell you they spent the night in the bathroom. I am so glad I did not have to do that. I am almost 5 years out.
