Pork Chop and Potato Casserole
6 pork chops
5 medium potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 tablespoon butter
seasoning
1 onion (sliced)
2 cans (10 ounce) mushroom soup
1 cup water
Brown the pork chops. Place the sliced potatoes in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with seasoning and dot with butter. Add onion and top with browned pork chops. Mix the soup and water together and pour over the pork chops. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.
Cheesy Chicken Dorrito Casserole
4 small boneless chicken breasts, 1 can rotell,1 can cream of chicken, and 1 can cream of mushroom (or 2 cream of chicken if you don't like mushrooms) Enough Velveta cheese slices to cover top layer, and Nacho Cheese Dorritos.
In skillet, brown 4 small chicken breasts.
In baking dish, line bottom with crunched up Cheese Dorritos
add chicken, cream of chicken,cream of mushroom and rotell and smooth over the dorritos. Top with slices of Velveta cheese. Place into oven and bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
