I made homemade turkey chili and grilled cheese.  I made the grilled cheese on the sandwich maker and only used light spray butter.  It was perfect.  I think they would be good without the spray butter too.  My MIL gave me the sandwich/grill/waffle maker for Christmas.  I love it.  So easy!

Christian ate two bowls of chili today.  I made it mild as the spicier stuff is hard on Kyle's reflux.

I'm making homemade spanish rice and porkchops for dinner tomorrow night. It's Kyle's FAVORITE~

What did you have tonight???

Oh and for dessert....Kyle is eating an array of GIRLSCOUT COOKIES!

Well,  Lucy and I had one of those "steamers" veggie bags BUT we added ground beef.  Then, Torey called and said he, a friend, Allison, and Jeromy were on their way and hadn't eaten so we called Domino's.  LOL  They tore those 2 pizzas up!  I did eat a piece.  I have done SO good and have lost 6 pounds!!  Your's sounds like it was good.  Only thing, I would hate to have to change Christian's diapers later after eating chili!  LOL  HAHAHAHA!

I finished my chicken salad from O'Charley's today. My son treated me to lunch, and I had enough for tonight too. Of course, I had 2 rolls left, too!!

Your chili and grilled cheese sounds really good...I LOVE grilled cheese!!

WE had meatloaf, fried taters and green peas. YUM. I had some of everything.
