do on Valentine's?  My parents watched my children for a while, then Me & my DH went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse in Florence.  Stood in line for almost 2 hours and yes.. we had reservations at 6:15.. but oh how there was so many many people...  Then we went into Kirklands & he bought me a new floor lamp that I've always wanted & a really pretty dish.  I told him not to buy me flowers, so instead he wanted to get me something that I've always wanted.. that being a floor lamp... Where I'm going to put it I have no clue.. But I'm sure I'll find a place...

The lamp would look fantastic in the corner by my television. When can I pick it up. There problem solved. See how easy that was. I'm glad I could help. Love, Miss Mary

Went out with Momma (Teddy came) we left the kids at home to do their own thing!
It was so fun. We got flowers and they were doing renewals on the beach.
My husband said our vows were still good they had not expired. ROFL!!
So we don't have to renew our vows we are good. I need to find the card and check that experation date though.
I had such a blast though. LuLu's was so fun.

WEll, after work I came home and got prettied up for a date with hubby. We went to the movies, and then to Nothing but Noodles for dinner.

 I had a great weekend with my Valentine. We ate Chinese for dinner Saturday night, and for some reason it just about kicked my butt. Didn't fully dump but came close. Had to nap a bit to feel better. Watched a couple of movies, spent "quality time" together...and got a beautiful ring to boot! So....it was a really good Valentine's Day weekend!! 

I took my forever Valentine to Chattanooga. All we did was ride and look, walk and sight see, but we had a WONDERFUL time. We did eat at the Mudpie Coffee Shop just around the corner from the Aquarium. That is all she wanted to do and we had a blast. I bought her chocolates and an "I love you" balloon. I love my Valentine and I thank God for her!



Sounds like your lamp would look good right next to the "hope I get" new chair for my livingroom. I want to go looking within the next month to see what we can find. My recliner has been worn out by Torey, Allsion, and our church youth group. Now, my stuff WILL be protected and FOUGHT to take care of. LOL I'm getting too old to let kids mess it up. LOL

We had a quiet evening it was so nice! We went out to dinner Fri night, then sat we slept in and then we went to the lake and had a nice long walk and just enjoyed being with each other! He then did some grilling and I walked some more! As for gifts he got money for the laptop hes been wanting and I got this: Its 8 ct blue Topaz and diamonds, he loves the blue he says it matches my eyes... I think I'll keep him!

I spent the majority of the day and into the evening with my mom in the hospital.   Once I got home, my sweet hubby had a favorite purse (that I had pointed out) for me as my Valentine's day gift.  He knows how  I am over purses...the more different and colorful, the more I love them!
That man of mind knows just how to make me happy!  We all ate Chinise food with the kids!  Had a great night. 
BTW...I LOVE Kirklands!

And I love me some Kirklands too.. good thing I printed off their $10.00 off coupon and had it with me...

Oh and as far as Chinese... nope.. can't go there.. makes me sick too...
