Marla, if you are reading this - I only transferred one to CRG and it was a true Winback!! LOL!!
I am so glad to be off the phones and still be breathing.
I felt like I was on an island and survival mode kicked in.
We can get in chat with someone but they have to wait in line.. it's hard to wait when you got a customer on the line and your trying to help..
So pray for me - this week will be the toughest.
And then I know it will get easier!!!
