Update on my MawMaw

She has been in Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham the past almost 3 weeks. Started off due to dehydration because of the chemo. (side effects are vomiting and diarrhea)
She hasn't gotten better - and they discovered she has a Staph infection making her issues worse. Saturday she fell at the hospital breaking her arm in 2 place****ting her head (making her disoriented) but CT scans showed no bleeding or problems with her head.
Please continue your prayers for her- Her name is Norma.
She has multiple myeloma. (Blood cancer) There is no cure but chemo can give her a better quality of life these next 18 months.
I appreciate you praying for her. She is so special to me.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

Will be praying really hard for your Maw Maw.  Sometimes we feel closer to our gran parents than out parents.  Maybe they just spoiled us more.  I had a Maw Maw that I thought the world of, she could do no wrong.  She has been gone over 20 years, but I would give the world to see her just one more time.  I can still remember how it felt when she brushed my hair when I lay my head in her lap as a child and I am 58.   Thanks to God that I will see her one day, when my life is done here on Earth. Until then I have my memories.

The GREATEST POWER we have is the power to FORGIVE.  Use your power daily......
