winds in the willows


1 pounds Hamburger
1 can Refried beans
1 Pack Hot dogs
1 pack Hash browns
  Season salt
  Paperika
1 can Mixed vegs
1 can Tomato soup

 In a casserole dish put browned hamburger on bottom. Then the refried beans , then sliver hotdogs length wise and place on top of beans. Then add can of mixed vegs and a can of tomato soup. Then put hash browns on top and sprinkle with season salt and paperika. Bake at 350 " F for 25-30 min.

plum delicious pork cutlets


1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1 pounds Boneless pork leg cutlets cut 1/2 inch thick
Jar (8-oz)  SF plum jelly/preserves
½  Chopped onion
¼ cup White wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ground ginger


Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Brown cutlets on both sides. Add jelly, onion, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.



pork chop bake


1" thick pork chops, fat removed
4 mediums Potatoes (uncooked), peeled/sliced thin
4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 cup Ho****er


Brown chops; drain on paper toweling. In buttered 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and the chops. In a small bowl, combine water and soup mix; pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350~ for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.





Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
