Monday Coffee Talk
Good Morning! Who's up? I am up super early this morning. Just couldn't sleep any longer. But at least I slept well last night. Randall is moving this week and asked me to continue filling in for him this week on the daily coffee talks. He is hoping to be back online by next Monday. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family as they make this transition to their new home.
Today's challenge is to pick a random member of Obesity Help and make a new friend. Take 5 minutes to write a message and get to know them better.
What'cha sippin' on this morning? I'm sipping on a yummy cappuccino. Some days it's particularly good and today is one of those days. MmmmMmmmmMmmmm.

I am drinking some Dunkin' Donuts this morning. I have a test today so say a prayer for me.
I am not feeling well. I had a very bad day yesterday. Continue your prayers for me.
I need to concentrate today.
Teddy got his new hard drive in. And now we have the software on both computers.
So I can work from either/or and if one goes down I have a back up ready to go.
Awesome challenge today! There are so many people online and so many I want to get to know.
Remember Marla today she is having surgery in North Alabama.
