Inside/Outside Cake

Some have asked what a Inside/Outside cake is. It's easy to make and very good.

1 box Duncan Hines(my preferrence) Butter recipes Cake Mix
4 eggs
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup cranola oil.
Mix with electric mixer for two minutes
Mix in by hand, no mixer with these next items
1/2 cup chopped pecans coated with 1 tablespoon flour(this keep the pecans from sinking to the bottom of the cake.
1 carton of coconut/pecan frosting, yes it goes in the cake, not on it.
Put in a greased Bunt pan and bake 35-40 minutes at 350
Thiscake is a lot like a pound cake. You can use a chocolate cake and german chocolate frosting or a carrot or spice cake mix. Whatever suits your fancy. I make it for others to eat usually for church suppers so I don't bring any home and be tempted with it. Love, Miss Mary
