My Daddy and I just saw his picture and read the article together.  I am just devastated.  Heartbroken.!  He was the sweetest, kindest man.  I can't believe he was only 80 years old.  No one will ever or can ever replace Mr. Trawick.  He was the best boiled peanut maker I've ever met.  My condolences go out to the Trawick family.  I know he will be missed by all.

Thank you so much for letting me know.....Jill will be so sad to hear this news too.  She always loved that old man.

My granddaughter cried her heart out when Tim told her Peanut Man was gone. She said she would never get another boiled peanut again.

His grandson-in-law ran the stand for him when he was so sick.  I don't know if he will continue or if the business will be gone.  I thought someone had a great idea in one of the comments when they said the bank should  place a green space memorial in his memory.

I saw this on the news yesterday.  SAD!  He had some GOOD peanuts!

For every Goliath, there is a Stone! His name is Jesus!"
