Bama Bash

Are any plans being made for the 2009 Bash?  I hope so.  I hope it does not end because I always have such fun seeing everyone there.

Hey Debbie. No it is not going to end. Some one is going to take it over and I will be talking with them shortly to let them know what has to be done. I will call the person today and see what is good for them. I just can not do it any longer. Somebody will be posting something by the end of the month.

YEA!!! I am so excited to hear this.  I know it is so much work for the ones who plan and arrange everything.  I could never do it because I am no good at planning "BIG" events.  I just like to jump on someone else band wagon!!!  Thank you for letting me ride along!!!!

What's the "Bama Bash"?  And when is it?  I gather everyone gets together and had a good time.  Tell me more!

It's usually a Saturday in April. We get together at a Pavillon in the Park and everyone brings a dish. We also have a night dinner the evening before as some people drive in and spend the whole weekend!!
I have pics up on myspace page from this past years. We were in canoes and paddle boats on the lake. It was so much fun for everyone! You can even bring Annabelle! I bet she would have the best time also.
We preorder and prepay for t-shirts as well.
Hope you can make it! I invited you last year, if you remember. Oak Mtn! 

Oh okay...it's the Oak Mountain get together. I do recall that from last year.  Seems like I had something going on that weekend and couldn't go.   I know I have to be in Tuscaloosa one week in April but other than that, don't have any plans for any of the weekends that month.  Hopefully I will be able to make it this year.  Sounds like tons of fun and the perfect time of the year.

Sandy (Sweet Bama) and her hubby Bill; Richard & Connie (Teal Rose) and Debbie (Little Ladybug) and her hubby Jimmy usually all go!! And there will be some from all over the state!
Dana even made her way down last year from way up North! And of course, our sweet Lucy- and there we got to see Randall propose to Lucy!! And well.. the rest is history! Now Lucy calls Alabama Home! 

We had LOTS of fun.
