feeling overwhelmed

I feel so overwhelmed today. I feel as if I'm being pushed, pulled, and dragged in so many different directions.

Please post something encouraging.

I got something encouragement  for you. We will do coffee with Judy tomorrow morning. Is that enough encouragement or will you still need more? I can come up with more if you need. When I hear back from Judy I will give you a call.

That's a good start... lol. I need a change of scenery. The motel room is beginning to feel like a prison cell. I can come and go but I feel confined. I'm so whinny today.

I actually didnt have shoes at first (I was in my pajamas when the fire started) but I was able to buy new shoes. I do not have food on the table but I do have coffee in the coffee maker, koolaid in the refrigerator, and bananas in the cabinet... I am very much alive and since there has been two deaths in my family in the past few weeks, I am especially grateful that I am alive.

According to my PDR, it can cause increased stress, depression, GI disturbances, and has a potential for dependency. The dose of 150mg is also considerably higher than what the average member would be able to tolerate. Check with your pharmacist because you might need to divid the 150mg into 3 equal doses and take throughout the day.
