I did PM you before Christmas and sincerely offered to bring you coffee. Mike and I were going to bring you coffee the night that we saw you post and say that you would love a cup of coffee! I waited on a PM back from you, but never saw one come through. It was after seeing this post on the board today that I went and looked and sure enough you did respond. It seems that my PM's get read before I read them. So sorry! The coffee house in Jacksonville is great! Crystal is selling it though. Her husband is being transferred north. I believe she already has an offer on the table.
