I'm taking the left over pork roast, shredding it and placing it in a baking pan with bbq sauce.  We will have bbq  and I will make hubby some baked fries.  We also have some chicken wings left in the fridge too.  I think I'm making spaghetti with wholel wheat noodles for lunch tomorrow.

What are you cooking or having for DINNER tonight???

We are gonna warm up a can of tomato soup with milk instead of water and add some rice and cheese. Sometimes we add rotel with the rice. Yummy!

I am making this hamburger/cabbage di**** is called sweet and sour beefy cabbage. basically it is ground beef/onion/green pepper and celery with cabbage on the top then pour tomatoe sauce mixed with a little brown sugar and apple cidar vinegar over and simmer. I have just  been craving cabbage for some reason. Maybe it is because someone said something about corned beef and cabbage at work. I wont ever make the mistake of eating corned beef again. that was not pleasant last time at all

I made some fried chicken for my son and my hopefully son in law one of these days.  We had plenty of leftovers n the fridge so we will make do with all the rest.  I hate that Claire and Joey are heading to Tuscaloosa tomorrow.  I miss them already,

Your dinner sounds good Elle.   How are you?  How is Kyle?

Allison is on her date with Jeromy.  I cooked  for Lucy and I tonight.  I made stuffed flounder and mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives.  Sure was good.  The potatoes were not the best of choices, but they were good.

Hope you have a great night and I am praying for y'all.

Once in a while we all make bad choices Randall.  The thing is, we don't have like a plate full of it.  But your flounder does sound yummy!  I think I will bake some talapia tomorrow evening.

Your dinner sounds good.  Got any leftovers?  I am alright, just pooped from chasing Christian for the last 4 days and will have him till tomorrow night.  That boy is a rounder.....into EVERYTHING.  I'm just too old for this.  I thought I had it  in me, but shew.....I'm one POOPED NANA!  He is SO ACTIVE and SO SMART it's scary.  You can ask him to bring anything and name the color and he'll bring it right to you. I don't know how he knows but he does.  It's amazing watching him GROW!  He starts daycare monday morning.  Holly will work 3 days a week and go to school 2 days.  Christian will go everyday M-F.  I'm so scared for my baby boy.  He's going to grow up even faster now.

Send me some flounder and taters.
