Update on my son

My internet has been down and is finally back up.  Andrew had his first post-op visit this past Monday.  The doctor took the brace off and asked me to wait in the exam room while Andrew was being x-rayed.  A couple minutes passed and I heard the nurse screaming for the doctors, so I took off running.  Andrew had passed out and was still on the floor when I got to the x-ray room. He had no color in his face, arms or hands and that was scary to me. He was talking/crying..thank GOD.  He continued with the visit and had 120 cc of fluid drained off his back and now fluid has accummulated again, so more needles this coming Monday. Otherwise, he is doing good and is looking forward to going back to school soon.  I will update again on his next visit.

Thank you for continuing to pray for us, it really means a lot to us.  I will try my best to text you on Monday, but if you don't hear from me please feel free to text me.  I am not sure when he will return to school...he is scheduled for homebound for at least 4 weeks.
