Friday Coffee Talk
Good Friday morning! WOO HOO for Fridays! I couldn't sleep so I thought I would go ahead and post coffee talk. Well, I say I couldn't sleep but I went to bed at 8:30 and slept until 2:30 so I did get 5 1/2 hours of GOOD sleep. These last two nights, I have slept WONDERFUL!
Our challenge for this first Friday of 2009 is to have a you day. Enjoy yourself today. Relax, rest, buy yourself something awesome, take a drive, pamper yourself, and just enjoy being you. No one else can be you. No one else can pamper you like YOU, so do it right. And YES GUYS, we can even get pampered. Even if you are at work today, take a lunch break and do something for you or even do this after work. I know I have this as a challenge pretty often, but today REALLY do something for YOU! I plan to so you can too.
So, who's up at this unreal hour? What are you sipping on? Me? Nothing yet but pretty soon I will be enjoying me some type of WONDERFUL and AWESOME coffee. Believe me! LOL

been sick for the past 3 days, so I have been doing alot of pampering...LOL
I have a gift card to go shopping with when I feel better... I want to buy me something nice.... as for what I am drinking this am... waiting on my coffee to finish making and I will make my moring mixture with my protein....

Good morning my dear friend!!!! I am up and getting ready to go to the beauty shop to get this white covered up 
. The old lady is seeping through. Then I am going to take the cake to Trussville and ice it and partially decorate it. I will be putting it together tomorrow at the church. I do not like doing wedding cakes any more. My hands are too old and they don't do so good any more. I have prayed more over this cake than I should, but even with something like a cake, I have to rely on my Father. John and I are having us some German Chocolate coffee this morning. It is mmmm mmmmm good!!!! You have a wonderful day!!!! Love you!!

I woke up at 5:00 and don't have to get up until 7:00....my body must've thought I had already slept enough. Soooo, I am up and drinking a double capuccino this morning.
Boy am I glad it's Friday. I have no idea how to pamper myself today, but I have all day to dream up something...lol. I have a doctor's appointment (routine) today so I will be working through lunch to make up some of the time. But I don't "have" to go back to work after the appointment unless I want to...I'll have to think on it. Maybe that could be my indulgence today...not going back to work. My boss is on vacation so things are slow anyhow. It really depends on what I have going on.
I am sure by now, you are enjoying something really good! You drink some awesome coffee flavors. One of these days I am going to branch out and start getting some of the good stuff. It just seems like just a waste since no one else here at home or at work will drink the "good" stuff and I only drink one cup each morning. I have a 4-cup coffee machine and I do use it on occasion when I drink coffee with my MIL.

I do wonder though, since RNY or whatever type surgery you had , do alot of you find it hard to sleep all night?
Just curious as I seem to at times but others I sleep like a log ...
