What y'all up to today???

What's everyone doing today???  I have almost got the wedding cake cooked.  I am thrilled that that is almost done.  Now I will decorate it on Friday.   I have put on a pot of pintos and a pot of beef stew.  I will make cornbread later.  We did not have church today and I really miss it.  It seems weird not going.  Anyway...what you up to today????

We have had a busy day with our granddaughter.  Started out with the park and then McD's where she ate and then played some more.  She's watching Backyardigans right now and probably gonna take a nap soon.  We're expecting rain all afternoon so we wanted to get all the outside fun in while we could.  We have her for a couple of more days which was a nice surprise...her mom and everyone got colds except her so she's with us so they can rest up.

Kyle has been sick with a migraine all weekend.  Thank goodness it was his off days.  We went to Sunday School but had to come home afterward.  He could not concentrate or sit still.  Please pray for my sweet hubby.  He's never had migraines before but his Mama has them something terrible.  We hope he's not going to inherit those from her.  Anyway, we're going to sick around, read the Sunday paper and watch movies together this afternoon.  It's been a real adjustment with him being home in the afternoons and evenings, but it's working out.....

I am praying for Kyle.  Those things are horrible.  I use to have them, but I am healed!!!!

Ok Ok !!! I cooked breakfast,yes I did. Bacon,toast.gravy,fried onions and bell peppers, yummy. no eggs. make me sick now. Maxie is in his favorite chair watching TV. David is a sleep, he has got to work tonight. I am going to wash dishes and rest I guess. Tomorrow will be a busy day, going to Walmart to get some gro,go to Oneonta, then to Albertville to SS Office. We will need to get an early start.

I'm eating lunch now and then off to bake cupcakes for church tonight. I have to go into work tomorrow and Tuesday then off the rest of the week. Woohoo!

I will hold it then.  Gonna put it in my bag this week.  I am gonna start packing next week so I can make sure to get the most in the least amount of bags.  We have a very very special young lady riding with us to New Orleans.  (JUJU)  I am so excited!!!!!
