Running on EMPTY~

It's been a whirlwind of a December so far.  Today my baby girl turned 18.  She loved her car.  Her bf and some of her friends just went out to eat dinner a few minutes ago.  We had to drive to Centreville to pick up her b'day cake my aunt made for her.  I can't seem to slow down.  I feel like a chicken running with my head cut off.  I don't know if I'm coming or I'm going most of the time.  I've been working so much lately and working late most days.  It's just been WILD!  Kyle is still at home and STILL VERY VERY ILL!   He has missed over a week of work, been to the dr twice this week and has to go back on Wednesday.  He is out of work at least till then, and then he's supposed to start his new job on Saturday of next week..  Please continue to remember us all in your prayers.  We need them desperately.

Good to see you posting! You do sound very busy--and the Holiday's always add to the rush.
Glad that Jill got her car and that she loves it. It is the
maroon one? Nice birthday surprise for her!
I am sorry to hear that Kyle is sick--sometimes you get
things and they are just hard to kick! Hopefully he will be on the mend soon and feeling well enough to start his
new job on Saturday.
I know you are taking care of the Family, but be sure to
take time to take care of you too!

Thanks Carolyn~!  RUSH ain't even the word for ME!  Geez, I just need some ME time, badly.  When Kyle starts his new job  next week he will be working 5 am -2 pm. He hasn't worked day shift in over 10 years.  I won't know how to act and I sure won't be getting ANY ME TIME!  I do wish he would get well quick.  Men are such babies when they are sick.  Ugh......he's like having another kid in the house.  LOL  Christian is also here tonight and my Daddy just left.  We assume since Kyle has been on antibiotics since Monday that he should not be contagious. 

Yes, Jill got the maroon car.  It's beautiful.  The paperwork says red, but it's a crimson red.  Daddy's newer car is the same color as Jill's.  Jill's is the Toyota Corolla and Daddy got a Gran Prix.  He took me and Christian to dinner in it tonight.  We three had fun.  I came home and heated up Kyle some of that delicious Chili I made last night.  It was so good and I sent Daddy a big bowl home too and we STILL have CHILI left.  I'm making homemade chicken noodle soup for Kyle tomorrow night and may even let him have a grilled cheese to go with it.  LOL  Depends on my mood.

It was good talking to you too, Jackie.  I am sorry I didn't have longer to talk.  You were so excited and I was SO busy chasing that boy.  You will find out soon enough  how that's going to be.  I am happy for you Nana.  Love that baby with all your heart, mind and soul cause they grow up TOO FAST!

Glad to see you posting again Elle.  December has been a crazy, frenzied month for me too.  I have soo much to accomplish in such a little amount of time.  You definitely need to take some "ME" time and do something just for you!  You deserve it.
