Good morning.  I have been up since 2:30.  The dog woke me up to go potty and I couldn't go back to sleep.  I got caught up in studies and reading and I even let Lucy sleep late on accident.  She wasn't late leaving though!  THANK GOODNESS!  She's on her way, coffee in hand, and out the door headed to S'bux before work. 

Our challenge for today is to get ready for the new.  In a few weeks, we will start a new year.  2009 will be here and things will start new.  I know I know!  We haven't even gotten past Christmas yet, but you need to be thinking about what you want to set out to change and start a new in your life.  We always make resolutions to do this or do that.  Some don't believe in resolutions yet they stride to do something different.  Lets begin to think about what we want NEW in our lives.  What we want to start fresh at.  What we desire to change and want to become.  Do you want to get to goal?  Do you want to have plastic surgery?  Do you want to be a better person?   What do you want NEW in your life?  Whatever it is, I encourage you to set out to do it.  YOU CAN DO THIS!!

I'm outta here to get ready to take Allison to school and to have another epidural.  2nd one in 3 weeks.  I hope this one works.  The last one did, but it didn't.  Does that make sense?  It did help the pain in my hip, but not the siatica.  He thinks he can fix this.  We will see.  LOL  Have a great Tuesday!!

I am wanting to reach my goal is 2009 and have my TT! I KNOW I can do it!
I'm going to continue to grow in my faith and my relationship with my Father!! With HIM as the center, everything else will fall right into place as it is HIS will! I cannot wait to see what he has in store for me in the upcoming year! He has blessed me far beyond measure in 2008 so I will be even more amazed in 09!

I am sipping on some Vanilla Nut this morning! And it sure is Yummy!
The boys have already left for school and the house is so quiet.

I am drinking chocolate velvet this morning. Shortly I will head to my mother in laws to prepare their meals for the week.

As far as doing something new...I fully intend to put away money every week for Christmas. I say this every year and every year I forget and feel the crunch. This will be the year I absolutely start this. It may sound petty to some, but I love Christmas and hate being sad because Ican't give my boys the very few items they ask for.
 I will do better finanacially. My husband makes a good living, but sometimes we overspend without realizing it. This next year I have an opportunity to work for a friend who is opening a business. I will make more money, plus be working for someone I love.

Good morning my brother!!!  I told John last week that after the wedding (Jan. 3), I am going to start taking some "me time".  That is going to be my "resolution" or whatever it's called.  I need to begin taking time to rest once in a while.  I had another attorney come to me yesterday and ask me to do some of her work on the side and I said "yes".  Wow...I am not real smart some times.  However, after the 1st of the year...I am going to stop some of this.  I am praying that this epidural helps ease your pain today.  I love ya!!!
