my update

I am on the world's slowest computer with the slowest connection.. UGH!! The rooms have WIFI but it doesnt pick up in my room. I've moved but it still doesnt pick up so I'm stuck with the one in the lobby. It's better than nothing.
I'm not in my room very often since I have to be at the house with servpro. They are still doing the packout but boy does it smell better since they did the thermal fogger.
The insurance company made an offer on our car (on Friday) and we have to turn in the rental tomorow. That gives us less than a whole business day to find another car. On a lighter side, a dealership loaned us a car so this has simplified things a lot.
The electricity is supposed to be restored next week, then the re-construction will start but we are told that we will be at the motel for a month. The staff here are wonderful and helpful plus they are pet friendly so that's a plus. Well, they arent friendly toward my snake but I sent her to a foster home. If she is stressed, I dont know how to tell. She seems OK.
I've got to do laundry so I guess it's time to say good night.. I'll check in when I can.
