I'm and at it early in morning.. I'd rather be in bed sleeping but work calls my name so off I have to go. These days overtime is good to help with the holidays.

For those sipping their coffee enjoy some for me. Last night I got a SF coffee from Starbucks with protein in it....

let us say I won't be buying that one anytime soon!
