I wish you were closer so you could join us, too!! I have never been to Gulf Shores, so maybe when Spring comes I will come see you!!! I love the beach but not the hot weather!!
Glad you like the new picture...it was a "self portrait" so I guess it turned out alright. I talked to Kay at the beginning of the week for just a few minutes.

I didnt get a chance to ask how your appointment went last week. I am sure it was good (dr M)

 My appointment was great. I was actually 4# less than my last year's visit. She said she follows for 5 years then she lets us fly.
I found out late this afternoon there was a support group meeting tonight so I went to that. It was real nice.....Dr M was there and I talked to her for just a few minutes. She has joined with Dr Malipur since her groups were fairly small. Everyone was real nice.

Pam, oh my gosh, you look fabulous!  I haven't seen you since you had your surgery!  I was away from the board for a while and only popped in here and there, so it's nice to see you all happy and skinny!  Congratulations!
