Thursday Coffee Talk
Good Thursday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. It's going to be a wonderful day. I couldn't sleep so I am up and sipping on my best drink. Of course it is coffee. LOL
Our challenge for today is to push yourself. Sometimes it seems like you can't go on. That you feel you are weary and down and at your last breath. It feels like when you are running a race and your side is hurting and you want to stop but you push on. Well, it's the same way in our lives. We can push ourselves and go that extra mile. Even in WLS. Push! When you push yourself, you will reach the prize at the end. At the end of every race, there is a prize. What prize are you pushing for today? Me? I'm pushing to finish this semester of school. I'm pushing to get 12 pounds off. I'm pushing to be the best human being I can be. What are you pushing for? I challenge you to push today!!
So, what cha sipping on this morning? I'm enjoying some awesome White Chocolate Winter wonderland from Boca Java. Sure do wish you were here to enjoy a cup with me.

I'm pushing myself. I always have. That's why I'm up so early. I couldn't sleep. Not sure what my prize at the end will be but until I die, I'm gonna keep on pushing. I hope it's enough. Good morning! I'm sippin on a little bit of espresso this morning. I slept so well last night (with a little help, I might add...lol) that I needed a little extra kick to get me started this morning.
I know what ya mean about having to push a little extra. I have one more final exam on Monday to study for and have been putting that off. Need to get that material out and review it thoroughly. I also have a big monthly meeting tomorrow at work, but I think I have my ducks lined up for that already. It's something I usually procrastinate on, but this time I just did it and boy do I feel better knowing it's ready and waiting. What I need to push myself today on is getting out and getting my presents for the family our support group adopted (an OH family). Our gifts are due at tonight's support group meeting so that mean errand running on my lunch hour or running around like a mad woman when I get off work...LOL. I know exactly what I am getting, just need to go pick it up.
Also, getting my granddaughter tonight for the weekened. I feel so blessed that we get to spend so much extra time with her. Even though her mom and my son are no longer together, we still have a great relationship and her mom gives us very liberal grandparents visitation. I am very thankful for that. VERY!
