Monday Coffee Talk
I'm up. Not so sure how I feel yet though. Had a rough night and day yesterday. I'm taking Mucinex DM and I have 2 Dr.s appts. on Tuesday. I try to not complain but I feel rough. Hope I am not bringing anyone down with my being sickly.
Our challnege for today is to get our water in. You can't afford to get dehydrated. Dehydration leads to sickness like diarehhea, vomiting, low potasium and worse. It is vital that we get in our water. I know I do this one often, but I can't stress enough the importance of your water as a WLS patient. You can't ge****er through coffee either. I know many of us, notice I said "us" do not like water, but we can use Crystal Light, wal-mart version too, to make it taste better. You can add lemon and splenda to have home made lemonade. That counts as water. There are so many ways to get in your water and it is vital to do so. GET YOUR WATER TODAY!
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? I'm sipping on some Boca Java Winter Wonderland. I promise you I will be true to my challenge today. I will get my 64 plus ounces of water today!

I had hoped to meet you and Lucy for coffee yesterday while I was in Montgomery, but now I see it wasn't a good idea. I certainly don't need to go catching the crud. No time for that...as if you have time, right?
It must be one of the rare ones that LOVES my water. I particularly love my Dasani bottled water and we have Kentwood water delivered at work, which is really good tasting. I don't have a problem getting my daily intake.
I'm sippin on a cappucino this morning. Nothing special, but it's good. Don't need but a half a cup since it's so strong though.
