Evaporated Milk

When cooking with evaporated milk, Can this be substituted with regular milk? I found a candy recipe I would like to try before making it for the Tree Lighting. The recipe calls for 1 cup of evaporated milk. I don't have any and it is cold and raining and I do not want to get out...I am being a baby!

yes you can substitute it for evaporated milk.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
