SONday Morning Coffee Anyone?

I'm gonna have to pass up the detour to Birmingham.  Between traffic and the rain, I wanna get home as soon as I can.  Need to get off this pc and get packing.

I'm thankful for my DH & for a positive outlook on life!

Oh, & although I lurk most of the time these days, I am thankful for my OH family!!

 "Good morning" to you...although it's really Good Afternoon!! I slept in a bit this morning and it was great.....I will have a busy day at work tomorrow!

I am drinking Dunkin' Donuts Dark Roast with Amaretto creamer. Spent Thanksgiving with my oldest son and my sweet DIL...we had Starbuck's Sumatra and Tiramisu creamer there, 3 mornings in a row...it was good also.

Today started out kinda rainy here in NA, but looks like the sun is trying to shine after all. Guess that is just a reminder that no matter how dark things may seem....there is hope that things can always get better!!

I had my 3 yr check-up last week. Hard to believe that much time has passed since I began this journey!! I have been fortunate enough to maintain my weight loss so far...in fact, I weighed 4# less than I did last year! My BP was excellent, and I feel so good compared to what I used to feel like. This still amazes me after all this time!

We woke up to NO COFFEE.  Our coffee-maker is dead!!!  So, thank goodness the church always has coffee set up in the fellowship hall for the early birds.
