Does anyone know what would have caused

some of the pictures on my profile to disappear?  I had a new password that I just put on a couple of weeks ago so I know no one could get into my account.  Will the pictures go away after a while and just leave the blank boxes that they were in???  Just wanting to know.  It was pictures that I have on hard copies, so no biggie, but I don't know how to remove the empty boxes on my profile, either.  I am so computer illiterate.

Carmen,  I would contact Debbie or Cathy at obesityhelp.com and ask them.  I am not aware that they can just disappear.  I'm glad you changed your password.  It is important that we do this from time to time.

Yep...I learned a long time ago to change passwords often.   Someone got into my AOL mail account about a year ago and messed me up real good for a few weeks. 

I am not seeing Red X's on your profile.  I do see that you are at the 50 photo cap.  Try holding your CTRL key as you click REFRESH (not F5) on the keyboard to clear your cache.  If this does not work go to the photo where you see the Red X.  Look in the upper right corner of the photo and you will see the word DELETE.  Click it then see if the Red X is gone. 

If you continue to have trouble please let me know and I will be happy to help.  So far I have not had any trouble reports come in and I am in the Photo Account working

I will try that.  I may have messed it up.  I don't know what I did .  I am just not real smart with this kinda stuff.  I will try what you said though and thanks so much, Gwen. 

Geni's photos are in the "cruise" album.  I am looking right at them.  Sometimes if the file name has a dash, underscore or special character it will throw up the Red X but in your case I see them--just in a different album.  To put them in Geni's album simply delete them from where they are (like I "showed" you) and then click upload a new photo.  Go to the album named Geni and upload them into there.  You are doing fine.  You are in the right church just sat down on a different pew than normal.     

The pictures that I am missing are in the body of my profile.  I will try to move Geni's pictures, but I bet I mess them up too ... I am so bad with this stuff. 

I am in FF and see the photos so I may be seeing a mirror.  Let me log out and back in through IE and see if they are visible.    If they are linked through the body could you have accidently deleted them when uploading the new photos?
