OT: Lord of the Rings

Lord of the Rings is on TNT.... 3 movies one after the other....

Just an FYI if you like this kind of movie.  I'll probably watch it on and off while trying to get my Christmas tree up.

I haven't seen the entire movie (YET), but from what I have seen, it is worth it.

OH yes, I want to see that.

I also want to see Four Christmases with Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon.  Tim McGraw is in it too and I like me some Tim McGraw!!

I have a "date night" coming up, so I may ask for that movie.

Hi Dawn- Did you see Sat. Night Live with Tim McGraw last weekend?  It was so funny, I TiVo'ed it. He is hilarious!

I LOVE Lord of the Rings and Tolkien, in general.  I heard that Peter Jackson is remaking The Hobbit after years of legal debate, he was finally given the ok to do so. I am also a huge C.S. Lewis fan.

Have fun with the decorating.  We put up our 10ft tree last night.  Now the girls get to decorate the lower 4ft of it.

You bet I did watch it; I DVR'd it and watched it a couple of times. The James Bond scene was hilarious!!

Glad to hear we will be seeing The Hobbit.  I'm not usually a fan of movies like this but I love LOTR and the Harry Potter movies.

Dylan will be decorating the lower part of our tree as he did last year.  He likes to put all of his decorations in one spot.... Makes it even more special!!

The James Bond Scene looked like one of my cousins.  I laughed so hard.  Especially when he pulled out his own beer.


It's funny you should mention decorating the tree in one spot...Sophie pulled all the Dora, Bob the Builder, and Elmo ornaments and placed them together in one spot. It's hard to tell where Dora ends and Bob or Elmo begin!
