At Goal!

OK, so my best friend told me I had to make this post... So I am doing it out of protest!

2 years ago when we were talking I said that personally I would like to be able to say I was 199, even if only for a day. I got on the scale this morning and the damn thing said 198.8. I had to get my phone and take a picture for my digital time capsule! Although when I held my phone on the scale it said 199.2, but hey its goal!

Make my total loss including my 6 month punishment (6 month diet) 160 pounds! in 15 months.


And to my friend... Thanks for always being there for me!

Good for you.  How exciting that you have reached your personal goal.  I know that you are really proud of yourself, as you should be.  It is always exciting when someone is successful.
